Yellow/Orange Light Filament seen in the sky for 4 nights

On Monday the 23rd of July I went out of my house to empty my garbage bin at about 24:20 and I saw a strange very bright light in the sky. It was yellow and orange, it was so bright that it was impossible not to notice it. I could not identify clearly the shape because it was too far away from me looking South, but it appeared to be like an unidentified object with a line pointing down with two very bright endpoints. I thought it was a kind of strange alignment of planets or stars and I ignored it. The night after and for 4 nights after it I saw the same light in the sky but with different brightness and almost the same shape, but in a slightly different position. One night it was more at East, another night more at West but at the same altitude above the horizon and between 24:00 and

24:20. I remember particulary one night it vanished behind thin clouds. On Thursday the 26th my husband was with me and he could witness it.

However the light was weaker and he immediately took a picture of the event using the camera zoom.

We both couldn't explain what it was, but again we thought it was a kind of strange star phenomenon.

When I looked at the picture my husband took, was shocked for the peculiar shape the object had and we realized it was a kind of serpent shape light phenomenon.

To summarize, the sighting took place for at least 4 consecutive nights, however the picture was taken on the last night only.
