Taking photo of sunrise and noticed orb with green lights in front of pier on both photos

1 was taking a photo of a stunning sunrise which is what we were focusing on, Once I looked at the phots taken on my S6 phone I noticed a small image over the river in front of the pier and once zoomed in revealed something very interesting that should be seen by all. This photo was taken outside a vehicle in perfect conditions.
